         Fire emergency response in workplace- PUAWER008B confine small workplace emergencies  

         Nutritional medicine nutritionist - Advanced diploma nutritional medicine

         Member of ATMS -Australian traditional medicine society

 Member of: TGA, NHMRC, NPOD, Oborne health

 

I have worked in early learning or child care centres on multiple occasions going back to my first job at 16 years of age working with autistic kids, helping them play on an IBM computer and helping them operate DOSS software. Moving onwards after I qualified as a chef I had a couple temp work going on with some child care services, further down too today I started working with CPLEC around March 2018. I also work with my business Saffron nutrition as a nutritionist and a Facebook cooking page called Adam’s Kitchen.

 

As a Chef I love creating new nutritional food, and qualifying as a nutritionist has helped me combine both modalities, having a large scale of understanding of all dynamics and biochemistry structures of nutrients located within all food types; vegetables, fruit, grains, diary, pulses, legumes, protein, and discretionary foods. Having this knowledge enables me creating nutritional sound fun foods for all age groups and for any dietary special requirements needs.
