I understand that each child is unique, with their own interests, strengths, and learning styles. My approach is individualised, ensuring that every child’s needs and abilities are recognized and nurtured. I encourage curiosity and independent thinking while also guiding children through structured activities that promote social skills, language development, and physical coordination. Collaboration with families is a key component of my philosophy. I believe that by working closely with parents and caregivers, we can create a consistent and supportive learning experience for each child. Involving families in the learning process ensures that we build a strong, connected community where children feel safe and confident to grow and explore.

The Mirram Room is designed for children aged 2 to 3.5 years, with up to 12 children each day and a team of 3 educators.
Our program is built around a play-based curriculum, daily routines, transitions, and intentional teaching. We support children's development across five key areas: Identity, Wellbeing, Community, Learning, and Communication. The program is guided by the children’s interests and family goals, offering a personalized learning experience. We highly encourage family involvement in their child’s educational journey, fostering continuous participation and engagement.
