I started my journey in early childhood education here at CPELC and have been working here since 2015. It has been a pleasure getting to know all the children and their families that have been a part of our CPELC family and those that will join our family. I firmly believe in developing a trusting relationship with your child, from there they will develop into becoming confident, independent, and socially aware being who are curious about the world that they live in. I enjoy engaging with your children in different learning activities which challenges them physically and mentally and the reward they gain when they are able to complete the activities on their own.

I am a caring and passionate early childhood educator who loves spending time with children, playing with them, and supporting their learning and development. I chose to work in the early childhood education sector because I love children and enjoy being part of their learning and development.

I started with CPELC in 2026.

I love working with children and supporting them as they learn, grow, and explore through play.

I aim to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where every child feels happy, valued, and supported.

I look forward to getting to know all the children and families throughout our learning journey together.”

I started at CPELC in 2026. I migrated to Australia in 2008 from Indonesia with my family, and since then I’ve been building both my life and a career I’m truly passionate about in early childhood education.

With over 17 years of experience, I spent 14 years working in Springvale, where I developed strong connections and a strong foundation, followed by 3 years in agency work that strengthened my adaptability and broadened my experience. I am now excited to be a part of the team at CPELC.

I chose to become an educator because I genuinely love seeing children grow, develop, and reach their milestones—it’s the most rewarding part of what I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, as it allows me to experience different cultures and bring fresh perspectives into my life and work.

I look forward to building meaningful relationships with families and the community, and working together to support each child’s growth and development

I am originally from India. I have started my journey with CPELC in 2024. I feel so lucky to be a part of the team. I chose a career in childcare since I have a passion for caring for children and supporting their early development. I enjoy creating meaningful experiences that encourage children to explore, learn, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

I believe every child is unique and deserves patience, kindness, and understanding, and I love knowing that I can make a positive difference in their everyday lives.

I have been at CPELC since 2025.

I am originally from Indonesia and worked in the insurance industry before moving to Melbourne. After becoming a mum, I spent my time caring for my son and volunteering at his school.

I have also volunteered in aged care and completed training in disability care, which taught me patience, kindness, and empathy.

I believe every child is unique and deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported. I enjoy creating a warm and caring environment where children feel happy, comfortable, and free to be themselves.

I started at CPELC in 2026. I chose to work in Early Childhood Education because I love being part of children’s learning and development and seeing them grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity.

I believe every child is unique and learns in their own way. My philosophy is to create a warm, caring, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported. I believe children learn best through play, exploration and positive relationships, and I enjoy supporting them to discover their interests, express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
