I believe that by working closely with parents and caregivers, we can create a consistent and supportive learning experience for each child. Involving families in the learning process ensures that we build a strong, connected community where children feel safe and confident to grow and explore.

My experiences in design and caring for my autistic brother have also shaped my belief in inclusive, creative and responsive early childhood practice

As an educator in the Mirram room, I have the privilege of witnessing children's growth and development firsthand as they thrive under our educational program. Hello, my name is Fatima. I have been apart of the CPELC team since 2022. Back in 2016 I received my Diploma and since then it has brought me joy to work with children. Children are truly amazing. I enjoy their cuddles, laughs, endless energy & creativity. It allows me to witness the magic of childhood, help children grow and learn, form meaningful connections. It's an opportunity to see children's development and learning firsthand as they grow and flourish under our care. Working with children challenges me to learn and grow continuously. I am passionate to help children to grow and learn.
