I became an Early Childhood Educator because I love educating and caring for children, and watching how their individual personalities make every day unique and special. I love the relationships you build with the children and their families, that last long after they've finished at Columbia Park. And I love the amazing workmates who have become lifelong friends.

Hi my name is Liza and I have had the pleasure of working with children for the past 19 years. This role offers such a rewarding and enriching experience. Establishing meaningful connections and having the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives is fulfilling. Every day is a different adventure, with lots of fun, games, singing, dancing, creativity, building, role playing and creating special bonds where the children feel safe, valued and understood. Being greeted by happy and enthusiastic faces each morning, alongside an awesome team of colleagues at CPELC, leaves me with a deep sense of gratification.

I have a creative and kind mindset which lead me to wanting to help educate children in their early stages of life.
I love the imagination and happiness they beam with everyday, and love listening to how their little minds wander.
In the future I am hoping to further study into kindergarten teaching in the hopes to share my creativity with others. I am am currently loving my role at Columbia Park and am very grateful for the experience so far.

I have been working in the industry for the past 6 years all at CPELC. It has been a pleasure getting to know all the children and their families that have been apart of our CPELC family and those that will join our family. I firmly believe in developing a trusting relationship with your child, from there they will develop into becoming confident, independent, and socially aware beings who are curious about they world that they live in. I enjoy engaging with your children in different learning activities which challenges them physically and mentally and the reward they gain when they are able to complete the activities on their own.
